This picture took me a while to process, I somehow wasn’t able to get my usual HDR software to work until recently. But I am glad I took my time with this as the end result is rather nice.
A few photo tips I learnt on this while preparing my shots for HDR.
- Make sure all exposures have no over or under exposed areas left, even in the +2 and -2 exposures.
- Remove all chromatic aberrations as these don’t merge very well and tend to become quite visible in the end result
With that in mind I think I might revisit previous HDR shots and see if I can improve on them.
