When it comes to fencing, one has to be really weary about the sort of material available on YouTube. The levels of skills are varied and it’s probably more prudent to assume that those skills only reflect the individual portrayed rather than the group as a whole.
Having said that, there’s 2 schools with a pretty good reputation (in my bokos anyway) which I wanted to present here.
The School of the Sword in Helsinki:
They have about 15 short instructional videos, which seems to demonstrate a very well organised and disciplined institution. Here’s an example below:

The MacDonald academy:
This channel isn’t strictly speaking that of the Academy itself but of one of their members. However since all videos are of duels between members, I’ll include it anyway. Again, the level of skill displayed is quite high and reflect a good standard of the Academy, see below:
