It looks like the good folks here at +Google+ are making a step forward towards linkedinising the platform. I'm not sure when this was rolled out, I certainly haven't seen an announcement for it but it looks like you can now tell the world just how good you are at something right in your profile. Whether we'll see further linkedinisation and have "endorsements" for your skills remains to be seen but that's an interesting development I thought 🙂
