Floral status check

We either haven't had temperatures that went to far below zero this winter or some flowers are hardier than I thought. I have begonia bulbs planted on the balcony I wasn't sure had survived the winter but have kept watering anyway just in case and I was quite glad to see them poking out for another round this year.

The dahlias in the garden are coming back out too. The roses, we'll see. They've survived most of the winter with their planter face down after the wind blew it off and it's been too miserable for too long to deal with it. But now it's not been raining as much as it seemed so they're thirsty and looking generally borderline ok but I still have hopes it'll give us a few flowers providing we take good care of them.

The camellia on the balcony looks rather beyond hope however. I'm not sure if it's the cold or if it just sat without water for too long but despite pruning it a few weeks ago it's still not showing signs of producing new shoots but I'm not giving up yet.
