Today's episode of the #TheXFiles201Days campaign is Emily
I don't actually follow the campaign myself as I'm about one season ahead of the game but episode 5×07 Emily holds a special place in my heart as heartbreaking as it is.

I remember this..Very heartfelt episode…. (°~°)
Is that the episode with the female gorilla that communicates with her keeper?
+La Mäus de Krawallo Umm, no, that would be season 2 episode Fearful Symmetry and the name of the gorilla was Sophie
I'm quite a ways behind.. 🙁
I rembembered the episode from my first view, together with "Christmas Carol", but my memories were blurry. So, when I watched it again a couple of years ago, I was surprised to find out how important these two episodes are in the sketching of TXF mythology.
(I was also surprised to find out how events are fast, if you watch each episodes one after one in a little time, without await month after month and year after year, but this is another story :'D )

+Jean-Loup Rebours-Smith Yes, you're right! What was Emily about? I saw every episode, but can't remember right now. Please give me a few hints!
+La Mäus de Krawallo It's Scully finding out someone created a child from ovaries harvested during her abduction essentially
awesome serial
Yes, if you revisit this episode you should first do a refresh on the first part of this two part episode A Christmas Carol.
Gilliam Anderson gives a great performance as she is pulled into the underlying web of conspiracy on a very personal level; finding out she has a daughter created from one her harvested ova during a previous abduction and loses the child in the end.
Interesting fact about this two part episode, it had to be reshot as the female child actor in A Christmas Carol wanted nothing to do with being in the hospital used for Emily. Gillian Anderson wasn't available so her body double was used in a number of scenes in Emily
+P. ARTHUR RILEY I did not know this, thank you
+Jean-Loup Rebours-Smith Thanks, it comes back to my mind now!
+P. ARTHUR RILEY Thank you, too. Also for the view behind the scenes!
