They haven't revealed her name yet and I've been wracking my brain trying to work out which major female villain hasn't been done yet which would make sense in the context of these 4 New York street-level heroes (ie. probably not Enchantress) and so far have not come up with anyone but I'll do some more research.
Trouble is in the comics The Defenders are Dr Strange, Hulk, Namor and a variety of other heroes but not these 4 (at least none in my Marvel Unlimited subscription I could find) so it's harder to research.
