The writing on the wall

Inside +The Scottish Parliament there is a wall of phrases written by 100 women across Scotland. Each woman was asked to write something about a woman who they felt made a significant contribution to the life, culture and democracy of Scotland.

The phrases are mostly in English but there is some Scots and some Gaelic as well. Each hand-written sentence was then reproduced in porcelain and put inside the parliament as a work of unique art for all to read.
