Mitch Pileggi set to return as AD Skinner in season 11 of +The X-Files
This isn't entirely surprising given that he was promoted to main cast in the opening credits in season 10. I expect William B Davis to return as well.
But I hope Joel McHale doesn't because his character really didn't work for me last time…

+Scotch Mist well if they can bring back CSM from the fiery pits of hell they should be able to find a way to bring Ratboy back as well.
That scene where Skinner head shots him is so good though…
The longer series this time round should help with the tone. Felt they should either have done all conspiracy, or all standalone last time – with only 6 episodes it was a tough one to bring back old fans and bring new ones on board as well.
