Anson Mount to play Captain Christopher Pike in season 2 of +Star Trek Discovery
You may remember Mount from last year's short run of Marvel's Inhumans where he played the king himself Black Bolt. Now he will jump on the bridge of none other than the Enterprise as the predecessor of Captain James T. Kirk for the sophomore season of Discovery.
So now we know we will see the captain, the question remains whether we will also see Enterprise's science officer and Michael Burnham's adoptive brother, Mr Spock.
