Delayed

My plan for today was to post a shot of budding cherry blossoms but there was so much glare I could manage a decent shot. Still I am amazed at just how late the flowers are this year, normally by mid-April you have showers of petals on the streets already but it's almost the end of April and they're only just coming out.

So instead you get a shot from last summer 🙂

And now we need to get ready to go out for the cinematic event of the year (or the decade even), little one was unwell last night so I was worried we wouldn't be able to make it but all seems back to normal now so let's hope this will be a fun evening for all.
