Strengths of weaklings

I spent a couple of hours this afternoon rearranging a (albeit heavy) server rack and I'm feeling quite tired as a result. We're moving in just over a month, how am I gonna be able to move anything and have any energy left to unpack afterwards is beyond me. Out of shape doesn't quite begin to cover it :/
