Toasting the Haggis

I know, it’s a bit odd to illustrate Burns’ Night with a flower but here you are. It always feels a little special to have those very Scottish days, be it St Andrews day or Burns’ Night and I never cease to enjoy them. With some luck in a few years to come there will be an independence day to celebrate every year as well. Surely that alone should be incentive enough to motivate us towards unshackling the unicorn from the lion’s grasp.

But until then we just keep on celebrating our culture in any way we can and remain proud to be Scottish.
