The White Guardian

One of the advantages of shooting RAW is that as you progress in your understanding on how to best cleanup images you can go back to older pictures and apply what you’ve learnt to improve a shot that didn’t have much potential before. This is what I tried to do with this example.

Only the tools I was using weren’t giving me the kind of image I had cleaned up when exporting. That prompted me to try other avenues for photo editing.

This wasn’t an easy path either as previously alluded in my previous post but I did manage to make it work in the end and to much more satisfactory results. But don’t just believe me, judge for yourselves:
